Meat Time!

On a recent trip to Costco (and mostly in an effort to recover financially from our Chicago trip), we picked up 4 nice hunks of steak. Neither of us are really into red meats, but sometimes a good ol’ juicy steak will hit the spot. Plus, we had an excuse to try more of the little mustards we brought back from Paris!

To go with the steak, I made Caesar dressing from the infamous Carmine’s cookbook (owned by Caleb’s roommate). It’s a little runny since I didn’t have hours to chill beforehand, but the taste was all there- anchovies, garlic, nom.

Black currant mustard is probably better suited for something really gamey…  trusty seedy mustard for the win.
